Equipment Provided by the Host Institution
All of the main sound equipment needed for the sessions will be brought to the sessions. The Host Institution is responsible for providing the following items:
- standard issue acoustic baffles (min. 6, although more are preferred), min. dimension 2m x 1.5m (office dividers are acceptable)
- movable projection screen (projector will be supplied)
- simple PA system for speaking: 2 table mics, amplifier, speaker(s) and cabling
- table / desk (large enough to sit 2 people side by side with laptops and papers etc.)
- small table or stool for projector (9in x 12in)
- laser pointer (if available)
- microphone stand (for setup)
- 2–3 small table lamps
- several power bars and several medium to long extension cables
- black gaffer tape
- water, juice and biscuits or cookies to snack on (for sessions)
