Project Coordination

Information follows for the flight times and cargo shipping (pick up and drop off times) has been sent via email. Contact the Project Coordinator if you have not received a copy.

Cargo Shipments

The host Institution is responsible for providing two (2) persons and a vehicule (eg. minivan) to pick up and drop off the two guests, their baggages and the cargo at the airport. The two delegated assistants will transfer the cargo.

NB: Cargo is travelling on the same flights as the guests and must be dropped off a minimum two hours before the flight. Plan to drop them off at the cargo desk 2-1/2 hours before the flight time; don’t forget to include an appropriate buffer for traffic conditions. It is essential to avoid delays in the shipping which could compromise the seminar in the following city.
