Prior to composing this work, I placed a number of limitations upon myself. For this piece I could only use one standard synthesizer patch, digital processing and traditional tape manipulation techniques. This tape (played at high volume) accompanies a videotape I made, the signal of which is split three ways and played over three televisions (two colour TV's placed on their sides and one black and white sitting upright). Both the tape and the video are concerned with continuous motion, development and overall textural transformation. PS
