This is an electroacoustic work whose primary source is the human voice. It is subjected to a variety of transformations and occurs in both the natural and a highly altered state. The text is taken from the concluding remarks made by Mr Reagan in a television debate during the 1980 US Presidential election. The tape was created at the Yale Electronic Studio. The work also exists in a version for live performers. HK
