She said in passing that the bonsai tree I was holding would probably produce very small watermelons. A bonsai is a (cons)trained tree. The materials for this work are also (cons)trained. Seed elements are suggested; tree structures are invited and encouraged to grow from potential patterns until at some time the elements are radically pruned back by the program.
