Visions III exists in two versions, one for tape and one for tape and slides projected onto a textured screen. The slides are close-ups of rusted metal surfaces, and the music reflects the textures of the images. Quick angular gestures are supported by inharmonic timbres and noise bands, but there is a sense of slow change in the work, a connection with the progression of rust across metal.
