Generated by a 500 line Pascal program that produced a “score” or “notelist” for the DMX1000 of the Queen's University psychology department, the program works somewhat like a sequencer, the user types in a series of rhythmic and pitch values that the computer will repeat over and over. The program also features a series of subroutines that allow the user to change certain parameters over time, such as dynamics, octave placement but also sustain and type of attack used.
