The idea for 24 Keys to World Domination came about when Sergio Barroso recommended I write a piece for 10 drum machines and DX7TX. The piece turn out a little different, being composed around mathematically proportioned layers articulating the 24 major and minor keys. The title refers to Bach’s 24 key, Well-tempered Clavier, only here “key” also concerns self-help secret formulas to somehow advance one’s life.
