There is an axial note, D flat, out of which some sounds escape occasionally, only to return to it. Almost all other sounds are stratified around these, and the entries are somewhat free, in a quasi canonic imitation. The version with solo voice was premiered last August in Santos, Brazil, during the Festival de Musica Nova. The tape portion of this work was realized with a Synclavier II digital synthesizer at McGill University.
